Dirt or Bruise?

We had a short day today, just over 60 miles to get to Glenwood Springs, CO.  Time enough for a coffee break and a stroll through town before dinner with our hosts.  The stroll inevitably led to food, which led to a quest for meat, which led us to pulled pork sandwiches and beer at Rib City.  It's amazing how easily people connect with the Ride.  When we walked into the restaurant, the manager learned we were riding across the country for HIV/AIDS, and brought us free coconut cream pie and gave us a $100 donation!  Thank you Rib City!

On a completely different note, my new favorite game is Dirt or Bruise.  After a pace-line induced crash last week, I've been sporting some pretty serious war wounds.  And after days of limited shower facilities, the game begins.

Also, Happy 4th of July from the FACE AIDS Riders!

And yes, Megan's tiger jersey is as amazing in person as it is in photos.
